Bale Dutung: the Dishes…

Some of the food we ate:

Ensaladang Pako (green salad)
Fried Lechon flakes binalot sa Tortilla with Claude’s Oriental Sauce (Lechon Taco)
a dish prepared that was not on the menu: lechon and sugpo (prawn) with gabi kangkong sinigang; rice wrapped in banana leaves.
Inasal na Manok (special barbecued Spring chicken)

…and for dessert, “Paradiso” – purple yam in leche flan.
